Do I Have to Exercise?
Exercise can go a long way toward helping to improve your quality of life. In most situations, the benefits far outweigh the risks of getting hurt while moving and stretching. 
Your physician will help determine a safe method of exercise and will be able to make suggestions on what method of exercise is best for you. Most physcians recommend walking or a treadmill.  Always start off slowly with moderate exercise. Even if you feel you are limited, a small amount is most likely better than no exercise at all.You don’t have to move around for a long time, but do try to move around a little each day. Build the activity into your day. For instance, use the stairs as often as possible, sweep the floor, or even stand up and sit down in a chair. My favorite form of exercise is the treadmill.  I walk 2 miles a day while watching a recorded movie. It makes the time fly, and  I actually look forward to it.  Whatever you do, find something you like and stick with it.

Trim your waistline by regulating portions and choose
healthy snacks.  Eat a calorie- controlled diet,  rich in whole grains.
